Milestone Global Connect is not currently authorized or regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 to provide personal care. However, we have contracts with CQC-registered and regulated providers who deliver personal care services to residents.
Our primary focus at MSGR is to provide tailored support and services to young individuals aged eighteen (18) to twenty-five (25), with a specific emphasis on those in supported living arrangements. We are dedicated to assisting them in maintaining independence within their own homes for as long as possible.
Our facilities boast high-speed broadband and comfortable desks, ensuring privacy and comfort for all residents. Should you have specific preferences or requirements, please feel free to contact us.
Furthermore, our residents enjoy meticulously maintained accommodations, with weekly cleaning, linen changes, and access to premium cooking and entertainment amenities. This fosters an environment conducive to relaxation and unwinding.
In Bexleyheath and Greenwich, our living facilities offer a selection of accommodations ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, designed to cater to the diverse needs of our residents. Strategically located near essential local amenities, educational institutions, and healthcare services, our homes are synonymous with convenience and accessibility.
Each residence has been recently modernised and refurbished, featuring contemporary amenities such as a well-appointed communal area, high-speed internet access, a fully equipped staff office, and spacious bedrooms that can be personalized to suit the preferences of individual residents.
Safety and security are paramount to us, which is why we have installed a cutting-edge CCTV system throughout the premises. This system not only ensures the safety of all occupants but also fosters a supportive and welcoming living environment, while respecting the privacy rights of each resident.
The transition from care to independent adulthood can feel like a sudden plunge into unknown waters for many young individuals. With the abrupt responsibilities of cooking, household management, and financial matters thrust upon them, they often face these challenges without the necessary support.
Recognising the crucial need for guidance during this pivotal phase, Milestone Global Connects 16+ homes provide a solution. We offer secure and nurturing environments tailored to care leavers, homeless teenagers, and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. Here, they can cultivate vital life skills essential for their journey towards independence.
By residing in our homes prior to leaving care, individuals are afforded the opportunity to develop these skills within a supportive framework. This empowers them to navigate the intricate landscape of adulthood with newfound confidence and resilience.

– Education & Vocational training:
Education and training play a crucial role in fostering autonomy and self-sufficiency. Every individual is actively encouraged and supported to engage in a variety of educational and vocational pursuits. “Share your future goals and dreams with us, and we will strive to offer every possible avenue to help you pursue and attain them!”
– Support Into Employment:
In our facilities, we empower young people by providing them with opportunities to acquire workplace skills and secure fulfilling, sustainable employment. We offer guidance in navigating the complexities of job search and benefits, bolstering their self-assurance while aiding in career decision-making. Our dedicated team invests time in understanding each care leaver and their unique interests, enabling us to match them with suitable employment opportunities.
– Overseas Holidays:
A significant portion of our young people have yet to experience international travel before joining our program. Consequently, we extend to them the option of embarking on group or solo vacations to destinations of their choice. This has resulted in group journeys to various locations such as America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa, as well as individuals gaining the confidence to independently visit family and friends across Europe and Africa. “You tell us where you want to go and we will help you plan your trip and budget to get there!”
– Religion And Birthday Celebrations:
We honor the desires of our youth to participate in religious instruction and observance, as well as celebrate birthdays, ensuring that all young individuals receive joyful festivities. This entails procuring gifts, food, and necessary supplies for the celebrations. Additionally, we organize excursions to various destinations such as the seaside, theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, go-karting tracks, and more, broadening their experiences and fostering memorable moments.
